Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer credit card refunds. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The store credit does not expire and may be used to purchase any item from our store.

We understand that getting the right swimwear fit could be tricky, but unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, costs of handling and processing returns, we cannot issue cash/credit card refunds for returns. That said, we do want you to get your order right the first time, so if you have any questions about our products or sizing, feel free to contact us at customercare@koanaswim.com

Note: We will issue store credit only for the value of the items returned. Shipping is non-refundable.

In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  2. Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it. When fitting your suit, we'd suggest wearing it over other pieces of clothing to avoid stains and damages.
  3.  Stains such as makeup, deodorant, or residue found upon inspection will not be eligible for an exchange/store credit. The return package will be returned back to you at your own costs. 
  4. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with original packaging, complete with its sanitary strip.

  • Please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Please ensure to drop off your package at your local post office. Your store credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned package at our warehouse.
  • Kindly note that we do not offer exchanges. However, you can utilize your store credit to repurchase your desired items.
  • If the item was purchased with a discount or during a sitewide sale, the store credit will be issued for the amount paid at the time of purchase. Regrettably, we are unable to apply the same discount at a later date.
